JNGD.S8.G7: Jets Hope To Bounce Back Against The Canucks
The Vancouver Canucks fly into Winnipeg to face the Jets for their last game of their road trip. The Jets will face a Canucks team looking to continue to prove themselves as they continue on their journey without the Sedins. The Canucks have won their past 3 games, including beating the Penguins and Lightning. The Jets will look to move past their collapse against the Oilers, with what should be an easy win.

Jets Notebook
- The Jets are coming off a 5-4 loss against the Oilers that stings. The Jets were up 4-1 going into the 3rd period when this disaster occurred.
- Josh Morrissey is quietly becoming a point producer for the Jets. He now has 5 assists and will continue to accumulate points if he stays on the powerplay.
- Dustin Byfuglien draws back into the line up and he will replace Dimitry Kulikov.
- The Jets haven’t found an answer to really getting the top line of Scheifele, Connor and Wheeler going. Maybe it is time for that trio to play a stretch of games with different linemates…
- Adam Lowry played a pretty solid game, which saw him score 2 goals.
Canucks Notebook
- The Canucks will ice the same line up that took down the Penguins.
- This is the last game of a 6 game road trip for the Canucks. They have gone 3-2-0 so far.
- Anders Nilsson will be in net as he has been stellar this season to date. His stat line is 3-0-0 / .943.
- The Canucks are without their prized rookie Elias Pettersson, we will have to wait to see him play. Despit missing the past 2 games, Pettersson still leads the Canucks in scoring with 8 points.
- Alexander Edler has been playing an insane amount right out of the gate and has been providing the Canucks with much needed offence from their blue line with 5 points.
