Jets face Stars once again

After a forgettable performance against the Stars on Tuesday, the Winnipeg Jets look to seek revenge against Dallas on their own home turf. The game can be viewed on TSN3 and as always you can give the game a listen on TSN 1290 radio.

  • Kyle Connor draws back in the lineup after being a healthy scratch. Connor will be playing alongside two creative line mates that can hopefully spark his offensive game.
  • Drew Stafford is out of the lineup tonight with an upper body injury and head coach Paul Maurice said they will likely call a player up. Who will it be? My money’s on Andrew Copp.
  • The Jets third line had a very solid outing last game against Dallas. Joel Armia was the Jets best player and Shawn Matthias had more scoring chances than the rest of the team combined. Despite being riddled with injuries, the Jets top-nine looks pretty promising for tonight.

Dallas

(3-2-1)
Roussel-Seguin-Korpikoski
Benn-Faksa-Eaves
McKenzie-Shore-Ritchie
Smith-Dowling-Cracknell
Nemeth-Klingberg
Hamhuis-Lindell
Oduya-Benn

  • Injuries continue to kill the Stars. As you can see with the lineup the Stars are putting out tonight, the traditional hockey fan likely wouldn’t recognize half of the names the Stars have up front tonight.
