JGD 4: Jets Look To End Road Trip On Positive Note Against Rangers

After a disappointing performance yesterday against the New York Islanders, the Jets have the chance to bounce right back tonight. However, it won’t be an easy task, as they face the New York Rangers, who have started the season red hot.
This will be the final game of the Jets season opening road trip out east before they finally come home to play their season opener Friday against the Calgary Flames. So far, the Jets are 2-1-0 on the road trip. You go in to any road trip hoping to, at the very least, split the points. The Jets have already accomplished that regardless of what happens tonight. If they can capture one or both points tonight, it would be a very successful road trip.
It will also be a tremendous test for the Jets to see how they match up against one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference.
The Jets will certainly need to be much more disciplined tonight then they were last night if they hope to come away with any points.
