The Jets and Golden Knights had recently played against each other 3 weeks ago where Las Vegas narrowly defeated Winnipeg 5-3.
Something to note from that game was how effective Alex Iafallo was. He scored 2 goals against the Golden Knights. One of those goals came less than two minutes into the game and the other coming in the third period where he had tied things up at three.
Connor Hellebuyck will get the start in goal tonight after the 3-2 overtime loss against the New York Rangers on Monday. He had faced 26 shots in that game and recorded a .885 save percentage.

The special teams are night and day for these two teams. We all know the rough start for the Jets when it comes to both the powerplay and the penalty kill. Vegas is 11th in the power play scoring in 23 percent of their extra man attacks. Where their penalty kill is sixth best in the NHL at 90 percent.
