Winnipeg Jets Prospect OHL Goaltender of the Week

Today the Ontario Hockey League(OHL) announced for the second this season Winnipeg Jets prospect goaltender Dom DiVincentiis would be named the OHL goaltender of the week from the week of Feb.27 to Mar.5. The last time the DiVincentiis was the Goalie of the Week it was for Nov. 28 – Dec. 4.
DiVincentiis has had a great week as we would have the most wins in a single season with his OHL team the North Bay Battalion. The 18-year-old would pick up two wins including a shutout, a goals-against average of 1.00 and a save percentage of .972.

DiVincentiis would pick up back-to-back wins last week, the first one was a 23-save effort on Thursday night with a 5-2 win over the Subury Wolves. That was also his 31st win that give the title of most wins by a Battalion goaltender in a single season. DiVincentiis would go the next night against the Mississauga Steelheads picking up his third OHL shutout in a 3-0 win where he would stop 46 shots.
DiVincentiis holds a record of 32-9-2-0 on the season with a league-best 2.45 goals-against average along with a .915 save percentage. DiVincentiis was selected in 207th overall in the seventh round by the Winnipeg Jets in the 2022 NHL Draft.
