The Winnipeg Jets selected Erik Foley at 78th overall.

Foley is a physical player with a great worth ethic. He is a tireless forechecker, and great possession player.

Foley led the team in points, scoring at nearly a point-per-game clip (54 points in 55 games). His point pace was 20th in the USHL for players draft-eligible that season or younger.
