Jets At The Juniors: Day Four

Dec 29, 2017, 20:53 EST
Day Four has rolled around at the World Junior Hockey Championship, and 2 of our Jets prospects were (kind of) in action.
Not sure who these prospects are?

Two games were on tap today, with Russia taking on Belarus, and the outdoor adventure that was Canada v. USA.
Game Scores
Russia def. Belarus 5-2
USA def. Canada 4-3 (SO)
Dylan Samberg
Samberg and Team USA took it outside today against Canada, winning 4-3 in a shootout. The game took place in front of nearly 45,000 fans at New Era Field in Buffalo, and was rather snowy to say the least. Samberg finished up the game with 2 shots over 17:15 of ice-time. Team USA takes a day off, and will play Finland on Sunday.
Mikhail Berdin
Unfortunately, Berdin was relegated yet again to the press box for Team Russia, and looks to stay there barring any injuries in the Russian crease. Russia is next active on Sunday against Sweden.
Tomorrow’s Games
Czech Republic v. Belarus
Sweden v. Switzerland
Finland v. Slovakia (Kristian Vesalainen in action)
Canada v. Denmark
