JN Flight Plan: Jets Looking To Win Back-To-Back Against Rebuilding Kings

Following their thrilling 1-0 shootout win over the Oilers on Sunday, the Jets are now set to take on the 3-5 Kings who have lost three of their last four games entering tonight. This game marks the first of three meetings between the Jets and Kings, during their series last season the Jets won two out of three games against the team from La La Land.

After a slow first period, the Kings overwhelmed the Flames with three goals in the second period from @Jeff Carter, Anze Kopitar and @Ilya Kovalchuk to push their lead to 4-0. Despite the Flames lone goal in the third, the Kings’ dominating performance during the middle period earned them their third win of the season.
