As their bye week comes to a close, the Winnipeg Jets have recalled Julian Melchiori from the Manitoba Moose.

Melchiori played three games with the Moose during the Jets bye week and recorded one assist in the process. Melchiori has spent the majority of this season with the Moose–suiting up for 35 games on the team’s back end. With Toby Enstrom and Tyler Myers on the shelf, Melchiori is needed with the Jets as the teams defensive depth continues to weaken.
