The Moose picked up their second win of the season and Mason Appleton continues to stand out with his strong start as we take a look at the Jets prospects in this weeks update.

The Moose split their weekend series with Charlotte picking up a 3-0 win on Saturday before dropping a 3-2 heartbreaker Sunday afternoon. 

Connor Hellebuyck played both games and was his usual fantastic self stopping 67 of the 70 shots he faced and picking up a shutout in Saturday’s win.

Brendan Kichton put up an assist.

J.C. Lipon scored three(!) goals.

Scott Kosmachuck scored one goal.

Chase De Leo added two assists.

Austen Brassard chipped in a goal.

Jan Kostalek and Axel Blomqvist did not play in this weekends games.

Brendan Lemieux continued to serve his suspension. He should be eligible to play again this coming weekend.

Matteo Gennaro picked up a goal and an assist in three games played

Jansen Harkins missed all off Prince George’s games this week with an unspecified illness.

After a scorching start Michael Spacek has continued to cool off and was unable to collect any points in three games played this week.

Nogier also had zero points in three games.

Mason Appleton continued his impressive freshman season scoring a goal in each of Michigan State’s games over the weekend.

Jack Roslovic managed one goal in two games and continues to be be the source of much of Miami’s offense.

C.J. Franklin scored one goal in two games played.

Jack Glover picked up one assist in his two games played.

Tanner Lane had one assist in one game played.

Jamie Phillips picked up two wins and stopped 30 of 33 shots.

Connor, Foley, and Poolman each had the weekend off and Matt Ustaski did not play in either of Wisconsin’s games.

None of the Jets European prospects played any games this past week.

Marcus Karlstrom picked up one assist in three games played.
