USA Hockey has invited a pair of Winnipeg Jets to its 2026 Winter Olympics summer orientation camp, set for August 26-27 in Plymouth, Michigan.

Kyle Connor, Connor Hellebuyck, and Neal Pionk are among the 44 players invited. According to USA Hockey, the camp will be mostly administrative and team-building, with no formal on-ice activity.

All 23 players from the United States’ second-place 4 Nations Face-Off roster were invited again. Five of those have previously suited up for the U.S. at the Olympics: Patrick Kane and Ryan McDonagh, who played before the NHL sat out the past two Winter Games, and Brock Faber, Matthew Knies, and Jake Sanderson, who played in 2022 in Beijing before joining the NHL.

In June, USA Hockey announced its first six selections for the 2026 men’s Olympic team: Jack Eichel, Quinn Hughes, Auston Matthews, Charlie McAvoy, Brady Tkachuk, and Matthew Tkachuk.

The men’s Olympic hockey tournament runs Feb. 11-22. Canada won its third gold medal in four Games the last time NHL players competed in 2014.
