Prospect Vids: Matteo Gennaro scores highlight reel goal for 1st of season

Matteo Gennaro scored the first goal of his 3rd WHL season tonight in a 5-2 loss to the Everett Silvertips, and did so in style. Gennaro was able to intercept a pass in the defensive zone and rush all the way up the ice for a nifty toe-drag goal on goalie Carter Hart.

Matteo Gennaro was a 7th round (203rd overall) selection of the Winnipeg Jets in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.
