Michael Spacek’s 2014-15 Highlights | Pardubice HC, Czech

Jul 23, 2015, 14:03 EDTUpdated: Invalid DateTime
The Winnipeg Jets selected Michael Spacek at 108th overall in the fourth round.
Spacek is a 5’11 forward that played most of the year in the Czech’s premier pro-league. Despite being an undersized 17-year-old , Spacek was able to earn the confidence to play in one of the world’s top men’s leagues.
Check out some of Spacek’s highlights last season.
Spacek scored 12 points in 40 games for HC Dynamo Pardubice, which made him the second highest scorer under 20-years-old in the Czech league, with the leader being 19-year-old Martin Reway.
The young forward played both wing and centre and performed exceptionally well in a men’s league directed towards winning, not developing, which is why he was so highly thought of by the Jets Nation, Canucks Army, and NHL Numbers pre-draft prospect rankings.
The Red Deer Rebels drafted Michael Spacek in the CHL import draft, meaning if he comes to North America he could become Jets’ prospect Nelson Nogier’s teammate.
