The All-Star break is over, the Jets have 30 games left to play, and it’s time to make a move. With games against Central division opponents dominating the next two weeks, the opportunity is there to gain some ground within the division.
Injured Jets Mathieu Perreault, Marko Dano, Ben Chiarot, and Drew Stafford all skated in Winnipeg yesterday before flying out to St. Louis, but Coach Paul Maurice says none will be ready to go tonight. Stafford and Perreault have accompanied the team on the road trip and may be ready for the Dallas game on Thursday. Chiarot and Dano are still a ways away.
The Jets are 2-0 vs the Blues on the season (the Blues are 0-1-1 against the Jets, because loser points).
