The Winnipeg Jets will be drafting 10th overall in the 2020 entry draft.
The Jets didn’t get the luck of the draw Monday when the league held their draft lottery meaning the club will get the 10th overall spot.
While missing out on the chance to draft Alexis Lafreniere is far from ideal, the Jets will have a chance to get a great prospect in what’s been called a deep draft.
The last time the Jets drafted 10th overall was in 1988 when they selected Hall of Famer Teemu Selanne.
