The Jets are getting healthier

Nov 30, 2016, 15:27 ESTUpdated:

The Winnipeg Jets long list of injuries is starting to shrink.
Last night we saw Bryan Little return to the lineup and now it looks like Mathieu Perreault and Toby Enstrom will return to the Jets lineup tomorrow night against the Oilers.
Matthieu Perreault has been on the shelf since November 3rd when he went down with an upper body injury. Perreault declared himself good to go after this mornings skate and now it’s up to the Jets medical staff and head coach Paul Maurice if the centreman will draw back in to the lineup. If Perreault draws back in, the Jets centre depth will be back at it’s peak with Scheifele, Little, Perreault, Petan and Lowry all able to play down the middle. We may even see Perreault slot in to the wing to keep Nic Petan ( the teams face-off leader) at centre.
Toby Enstrom is back from Sweden after taking a brief leave of absence. Enstrom wouldn’t elaborate on the issue and hopefully everything is good with whatever he was dealing with. Having Enstrom back in the lineup opens up more possibilities for the Jets D pairings and when Tyler Myers returns, the Jets could make a case for one of the best defenseman cores in the league.
The Jets dodged a real bullet when Marko Dano was brutally high sticked in last nights game against the Devils. According to Paul Maurice, It seems that Dano is good to go barring the results of a few tests. He could very well be available to play tomorrow night.
