Not everyone has the time, energy, dedication, effort, means, or want to track prospects. Luckily for you, we have a highlight package here introducing the 13th overall pick in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
Joshua Morrissey plays for the Jets’ farm team, the Manitoba Moose, after playing 249 games in the WHL. Over his duration in “the dub” Morrissey produced 66 goals and 130 assists, for 196 points. In the AHL Morrissey has 64 games played, where he has scored 3 goals and 20 assists for 23 points.
Of those with more than 10 games played, Morrissey is second in both points and primary points per game, and first in shots per game. Morrissey leads the Jets in even strength relative goal percentage, meaning that the Moose have their largest positive gap in goal differential with the player on the ice versus on the bench.
