  • Cool Story, Brodie!!!

Basking in the glow of my Christmas tree waiting for the madness to begin. Reading nation posts and watching die hard while drinking some baileys in solitude.I’m enjoying the quiet while it lasts.
Merry Christmas to the writers, citizens and teams of the nation.
You guys are awesome thanks for everything

I see Russia brought their 1st rounder and I think the Czechs are using an early round goalie. Canada went for the video game one timers often against the USA. They don’t have the finish to connect this year. Bad coaching. The Americans missed a few easy passes losing to Sweden. Sweden in the 3rd, just chipped a redirect towards the net and got a good scramble scoring chance. It was a better scoring chance than a dozen high percentage USA and Canadian outmanning (3-on-2 etc) opportunities combined. North America just needs to get the puck to the net. The USA shot too early a few chances. The pass when they shouldn’t and shoot too early. Just need to get close in and shoot. Canada had three players on the blueline against one forechecker and passed back and forth until losing the line. The blueliner should’ve just skated the puck to the net. Garbage goals will be the Swedish path to gold maybe. They are vulnerable PP goals against with those pick plays.
