  • Spoils

I will sheepishly admit that I am excited about adding another really good player to the team. Watching Nurse show up for the gold WJC medal game and dominate behind the net and hearing about Draisaitl’s zone entry etc. #s… Season is almost over and it is time to start sipping that kool aid and building up excitement for how fun the Oilers are going to be #soon.

all they need to do is to completely overhaul management so they get a group that will make the difficult decisions needed to finish the puzzle

  • Spoils

I figured out an easy 4 step process how to make the oilers less repulsive!!!

Step 1. Win the Draft Lottery

Step 2. Trade McDavid to Arizona for OEL, Gormley,Samuelsson, Chi’s 1st, Arz 2nd

Step 3. Trade Jultz, Pitts 1st, Chi’s 1st to Nashville for Weber

Step 4. Trade oilers 2nd round pick to Ottawa for Lehner

So basically, you win the draft lottery and trade away the best player this generation will see to create the best Dcore this generation will see. Defence wins championships. Pretty sure Weber, OEL, Klefbom, Nurse, Gormley would win championships!!

Now, if you excuse me I have more drugs to go take.

I think that the oilers have a good chance of getting Phaneuf, if they are going into a full rebuild then we might be able to get him for our Pittsburg 1 rounder and mabey a mid level prospect.they also might be willing to retain some of his salary.

  • The Last Big Bear

Has anybody noticed that Sean Monahan has already scored more goals this season than Taylor Hall’s career best?

Or that rookie Johnny Gaudreau is one strong game away from beating every oilers players in every major statistical category?

    Just putting that out there.

    In case anybody hadn’t noticed.
